The biggest benefit has been reaching a high level of fitness while keeping fatigue manageable. That’s allowed me to keep improving without it affecting my responsibilities as a dad and business owner, which I struggled to figure out on my own. He’s also introduced things like strength training, proper warmups, openers, and activation that I never really focused on before but now see make a difference. I haven’t made it to the podium yet, but I feel a lot more confident in my fitness when I race. He also brings great insight beyond training, including help with tactics, equipment, and testing through his partner’s.

Jeff is a great coach who will center your program around your goals and your ability to train. The workouts are also fun and exciting to get through. I was able to greatly increase my fitness on the bike, and racing skills at the velodrome. The lactate testing and the analysis that Jeff provides around the test have also been really helpful for training.

Jeff and Bojac’s structured training classes offer riders a good workout and a friendly learning environment. These sessions are a great way to keep up fitness and practice race strategies in between regular classes. I noticed that Jeff and Bojac are a really excellent coaching team! Not all coaches that I have worked with are able to have such a balance with their partner but it was really great how you work together. I am looking forward to the upcoming session of Level 2 with you both and hope to make it to more structured training sessions in the future.

I’m thrilled to overwhelmingly endorse Jeff and his coaching program. Initially, I contacted Jeff for scuba training, and at first, I felt the price seemed a bit high when compared to traditional scuba classes. However, after a few conversations with Jeff and another UTD instructor, I took a leap of faith and started the coaching program for scuba, fitness, and nutrition. Jeff was very attentive, thorough, and always accessible. The level of detail was amazing and perfectly suited to my needs. For example, Jeff is a highly competitive cyclist holding various world records as he loves riding, but for me, exercise is a chore and not something I pursue for sport or enjoyment; it’s strictly a means to an end for me. Jeff quickly understood I did not want to become a competitive cyclist and that I hated spending money or time on the endeavor. Jeff helped me find ways to meet my fitness goals in a cost and time efficient manner. He has expertise and guided me where to spend and where it was ok to go cheap. Not only that, Jeff took the extra time to learn my sport of choice, dinghy sailboat racing, and customized a program to improve my sailing fitness.
