Leadership Keynote Speaker

Jeff Seckendorf is a leadership keynote speaker who presents programs on leadership, teamwork, resilience, and high performance. Drawing from his experience as a world record endurance cyclist and award-winning cinematographer, Jeff guides audiences how leadership, preparation, teamwork, and decision-making come together to produce exceptional results.

On the bike Jeff has demonstrated that if you follow your process (training) your outcome is inevitable (new world records). This same concept can be applied to all forms of leadership. Do your process (research, education, practice) and your outcome becomes inevitable (team leadership, productivity, joy).

Jeff’s leadership keynote presentations are ideal for corporate conferences, leadership teams, government organizations, and associations looking for a keynote speaker to energize managers, sales teams, and association members on leadership and performance.

Jeff Seckendorf is a world record–setting endurance cyclist, award-winning cinematographer, educator, and pilot whose career has been built around one central idea: mastery takes time, and the process is the same whether you are an athlete, a filmmaker, or a leader.

Jeff currently holds four World Ultra Cycling Association endurance records in track cycling. He has also set two course records at the World Six-Hour Time Trial Championships, one in the 65+ age group and one in the 70+ age group, proving that high performance is not limited by age but driven by process, consistency, and mindset.

Jeff’s keynote presentations combine storytelling from world-record cycling, filmmaking, aviation, scuba, and teaching to show audiences how mastery, resilience, creativity, and leadership actually develop over time. His talks are about the long game, how if you do the process the outcome becomes inevitable, how big goals are achieved, how people reinvent themselves, and how individuals and organizations can build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
