In following a long tradition of coach-led structured training workouts at the San Diego Velodrome, join us each Monday from 8:30am to 10am for a group workout. Depending on the specific needs of the group, each week will include a track warmup followed by a series of drills and efforts working on endurance, high intensity efforts, and track racing/riding skills.
All levels of riders are welcome, from recreational to masters to elite.
Requirements: Membership at the San Diego Velodrome and your own track bike. Minimum age 16.
The cost is $20/session for drop ins or $60/month. These sessions are included if you are my coaching client. Use the contact form in the main menu for more information.
